HandsOn Bay Area (HOBA) guides companies through the often-unfamiliar territory of volunteer service project planning.
Drawing on our vast network of agency partnerships and planning expertise, HOBA designs ongoing volunteer programs or one-time events, specifically tailored to the needs and interests of your company.
Through Hands@Work, HOBA prepares, coordinates, and executes all aspects of your planned projects. All your team has to do is show up, volunteer and have fun!

- Identify and recruit agencies across the Bay Area that can use the volunteer support of your employees
- Coordinate all logistics for the volunteer project, including project planning, site inspection, acquisition of supplies and on-site volunteer orientation and leadership

Cost
Due to the level of customization available to each corporate partner, projects and programs are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Hands@Work services can range for $65 to $75 per volunteer slot, plus associated supply and transportation costs. The minimum cost for a project is $2,500.
HOBA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported by corporate sponsors, private donations and foundation grants. The fees generated from Hands@Work support HOBA's year-round volunteer, learn and lead programs.
